FAQ

1) Firstly choose your clothing you would like me to create your Memory Keepsake.

2) Choose which Keepsake you would like made and add any extra's you would like e.g embroidery/patch, add to cart and follow instructions on the checkout.

3) Send your clothing in waterproof packages like a postal bag or wrapped in a bin bag/carrier bag and post to

4) I will let you know as soon as I receive the clothing and start to create your special Keepsake.

5) Once completed I will let you know and post Royal Mail 1st Class signed for, you should receive your keepsake in 1-2 business working days.

6) Treasure your Keepsake forever!

Unfortunately we cannot accept items back, due to the different fabrics used the finished item may differ from those in pictures, every bear is unique and different. If you are not happy with your keepsake please contact me to discuss.

Any scraps of material are kept for a month from the date your item is dispatched.

Of course! Please seperate clothing into seperate bags of what clothing you would like for each item.

You will receive an email or message confirmation that your clothing has arrived safely as soon as I receive it.

I currently use funky friends patterns as I think they are the best from my research.

6-8 items of baby clothing or 1-2 items of adult clothing but you may of course send more if you would like more pieces of clothing used on the design.

Please send clean and useable items of clothing. I prefer not to use items such as hand knitted, lycra or very flimsey material if you are not sure please contact me.

Yes all of my keepsakes can be personalised, select the embroidery option when adding items to your cart.

As the keepsakes are made from used clothing they are unable to be CE tested therefore not treated as a toy although my keepsakes have safety eyes and noses they have button joints and we do not reccomend them for anyone under the age of 14.

Once we have Received your order, your order will be confirmed along with the address to send your clothing/material.

Please send your items well packaged in a waterproof mailing bag and a note with your name or order number inside.

Once I receive your clothing I aim to have the item completed and dispatched within 3-4 weeks, this may vary at busier times so please feel free to message and ask, If you require an item sooner please contact me to discuss.
